Hey this is a new HAck I'm doing

Its called Supa Kupa and its about a lone kupa whos friends were all infected by an evil mist that turned them against there own kind
(Can't say evil since koopa's are already evil)And the koopa by the name of Kupa was the only one that wasnt infected because he was on vacation or somthing.
Now He needs to kind the seven purifying eggs to save them.

Fire Kupa(Somthing many mario edits dont have)


Please critisize weather its good or bad(This My first non-practice hack)

I like it but the big fire koopa's pallete hurts

Its the same as the regular green koopa

They look good. But here's a suggestion for the fire koopa: have it just like the normal one just make it's shell red.

Thats actually the default palete for kupa when u change just the mario graphic.

I couldnt figure out what color i should change him to yet.

(Suggestions would be appreciated ^^)

BTW:do u know any good mapping tuts?
I've looked around and I've seen people take levels very seriously

I get the feeling the level design is bad, but good luck. There was a play as koopa hack before, but it was utterly unmemorable.

That hack sucks i have it. You can't even go past the intro level.

Come on guys back on topic. This is lookin good turtleman! By hex editing, you can make cape mario use different GFX to big Mario, so you'd be able to turn him into a different enemy for the cape powerup.

nah its not bad I have mapping experiance in rpg amker and such other things.

Its just that critics get VERY serious when it comes to levels and the world map.

Speaking of witch, Hers the beginning of my overworld so far.

I really whanted to make kupa look like a paratroopa!
Now that I know its possible I just gotta find a way to do that

btw:Could I make it so that the player is protected from enemy attacks when the player presses down?
