I was just thinking maybe there's a reason people don't reach age 128. Our ages are probably stored as signed chars and thus > 128 would be negative and cause a bug in the world . THINK ABOUT IT.

Here it's only 16 for a license, but the other requirements are quite a pain. You need to find someone else with a license and a car to do a certain amount of practice, and it costs extra to use their car for the tests.
