It's been like, 2/3 years since the last bomberman tournament was held. and me and some of the guys from #romhacking were shit-talking on each other, and I decided we're going to have another tournament. because blowing up people is fun. So. Signups start now. They end ___ [I'll figure that out later]; Zsnes 1.36w - netplay; ladder format thing; matches will be best of 3, out of 5-win rounds. time 3:00; last 2 jap options off; first one on; [image] the map will be the original map; the winner will be victorious - and probably get some spiffy image/award/something/Ihaven'tdecidedyetbutyou'lllikeitbecauseI'msexy; the rom name will be [no quotes] "Super Bomberman 5 Gold Cartridge (J) [!].smc"; If you need a rom PM me; matchups will be made at random; Oh. and 56k is no excuse not to join. | What's to persuade? You get to blow up people. that'll be fun enough. If it's about lag; I've played bomberman recently with a few 56k'ers and experienced little to no lag. at all. If you need zsnes 1.36 or the Rom, drop a PM on me or something. General rule of thumb; person with the better bandwidth hosts. |

| There isn't any fully translated version that I know of, so no, use the rom that Skiffles said to use (Super Bomberman 5 Gold Cartridge (J) [!].smc). You don't need to know much japanese. |
