Hello,

I have tried getting the graphics out of SMAS, and i saved some of the smb1/2/3 gfx as my exgfx files, i use YY-chr. But i don't know why, but when i import them into LM, they colours are all s**t! and are wrong. Like purble heads and an annoying same bright white outlines.

Is there anything to fix this, or is there anything else i have to do in yy-chr?.

It's the palette, is what it is. You'll need to import that as well. (Just make sure to adjust it so that it doesn't screw stuff up, heh.)

So?, if i'm ripping stuff from say Y.I, how would i do that so the colors are how they're supposed ta be when i put them in my hack.
Do I have to use yy-chr's savestate thing to get the correct colours from Y.I or what else?.

The palette, now i've tried changing it in LM but that doesn't fix it, did you mean i need to import a palette from what?, the game colours i'm ripping the gfx or a custom one?. Damn it's confusing!!.
What i'm trying to do, I have baby Mario's head gfx from Y.I and i've put it on the koopas. It's ok so far but not the colours on his head!!.

I think I understand what your saying. Trying to get the perfect palette colors from another game or whatever. Since this is referring to Yoshi's Island. Just make a savestate, and load the savestate into Lunar Magic. That should give you the whole palette to the level or wherever you've saved it at.
