Now... watch!" 02 took out... thin air. 02: "HUH?!? What the..." Then 02 just remembered something: Kirbynite was NOT holding the Star Rod when she used Copy! 02: "I can't believe this... I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS!!!" 02 screamed in rage and then, after she calmed down, she stared at Kirbynite... 02: "You... you... YOU!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAARG!" 02 dashed toward Kirbynite! | Kirbynite: You fool! It's been charging for about sixty posts! The Dreamlander didn't know if it was exactly sixty posts, but it doesn't matter. He has never charged up the Star Rod's Star Charge Blast for this long. Not even close. A tiny string-like beam shot out of the tip of the Star Rod. Time seemed to slow down at this point. Kirbynite's mouth was left gaping as he saw the beam grow to exponentially exponential proportions. The next thing he knew, his body was drifting in a white void. Nothing else was seen. ".... I.... Need... to stop... Because..." Time had finally returned to normal. Kirbynite managed to shut off the beam. Kirbynite: What.... happened? He looked around. The place he was in seemed different, but familar... Kirbynite: ... Holy cucco! I'm back at the entrance hall! Geeze, that was a hell of a recoil. |

Kirby's cage had been destroyed and as such, he was staring at Mitra... Mitra was pretty badly damaged... but thankfully, she had survived the blast. Kirbynite: Are you sure 02 is gone, Pops? Something's wrong with this scene. Especially since I can read Subtitle, and I don't see Mt. PopStar's similarity with your name anywhere on your text. |

| Kirby: "Well, that blast you unleashed was pretty big and all the Dark Matters have vanished from this room. However... you're right, some Dark Matters may be left in the castle." Kirby slowly approached the door and then opened it. Kirby: "I'll get the maxim tomato juice for her. Stay here and make sure no Dark Matters attack her... if there are some left." Kirby left the room, heading toward the kitchen... Under Mitra, a while liquid was visible... this was probably the liquid remains of 02's body. The cap sporting Dreamlander glared at his father as he walked out. Kirbynite: I might not have been home for several years, but I can still tell there's something wrong around here. Kirbynite ran over to Mitra, and quickly reached into his backpack for a Super Potion. Kirbynite: I hate to see you so dazed like this, Mitra. You should've let yourself burst into flames like you did when we were kids! He supported the poor dreamlander phoenix as he applied some of the Super Potion on her. |

| Kirby had silently sneaked behind Kirbynite as he was busy applying the Super Potion... Kirby's eyes turned blood-red as he took out a needle full of a strange blue liquid and... He was grinned like a maniac and his eyes were glowing like those of a psychopath about to finish off his victim. FLATCH! Unless Kirbynite seen this coming, he had no chance of dodging the incoming needle. The needle was full of a potent toxin that would instantly put him to sleep for about 24 hours. | ((Seems like I only really get chances to post during the end of the week...)) Squish. Or it was a sound that was quite close to a squish that had set off Kirbynite's senses. The dark matter that had seeped out of Mitra had been stepped on, and the cap wearing Dreamlander immediately reacted. Kirbynite pushed Mitra forward while quickly stepping backwards, kicking up a large amount of liquid and narrowly missing the needle. Before thanking his jacked up speed stats, he clapped his hands together. He felt a large portion of his mana being sapped for performing a speedy freeze bless. Kirbynite thrusted his arms forward, and used the droplets that were still in the air to form an icey cage around his own father. Kirbynite: I knew it! |

| Suddenly, the ice began to crack as Kirby turned black and as a strange beam of light was shot upward from Kirbynite's father... ...and then... FLASH! The light expanded, blinding Kirbynite... and when it was gone, the largest Dark Matter Kirbynite had ever seen stood before him!... but something about it felt... different. The Dark Matter was totally white and had large wings with white feathers. The edges of the wings were red. A golden halo was above the Dark Matter's head. It's single, blood-red eye stared at Kirbynite, filled with so much hatred that some of it even leaked out of it, under the form of blood tears... No doubt about it, the same beast Kirby had spoke about... the Queen of Darkness, 02 herself. 02: "Hmph! What a troublesome kid we have here! Well... this was to be espected from the descendant of my arch-nemesis. I tought it would be easy to fool you using a Miracle Matter... but well, you have always been like your father. Oh well, cannot always win in every aspect I guess..." The queen stared down at Kirbynite's weapon. 02: "Now... I know you probably think you're so strong and everything with that customised Star Rod of yours, right? Well... you know what? If you can actually fight your way trought my castle, the Hyper Zone, defeating ALL the foes on the way and then, defeat your own father, who I will use as a puppet, in a final showdown on the roof of the highest tower... then and ONLY then, I will MAYBE spare you and your pitiful world for another generation..." 02 stood there... 02: "However... there is no way you can make it trought all of my castle in one piece. What you fought so far were little more than amateurs, losers with no experience. I doubt that even you can make it to the roof... but well, you can always try... unless..." 02 laughed. 02: "Ha! What am I thinking? Well, it's worth it!" 02 paused... 02: "When I think about it... maybe you aren't quite as dumb or gullible as your father, after all? As such... I will make you an offer. If you join the Forces of Darkness, I will give you the title of Great General and give you your own army as well as your own personnal base of operations. Your world will become an official part of my empire and will be able to use all of our superior technologies and techniques freely as well as still keeping their independance from the central control, me. Just think about it! Power, fame, respect... and furthermore, you'll be able to lead a part of the armies of Darkness against those foolish people who stand in the Light and judge us merely becease we are made of Darkness... and yes, I just said "we" for I know your secret! Yes... we, the Dark Matters, created your father and just like he, you share our enhanced blood! It's thanks to those dark powers that you can use Copy! Eventually, when the people will find out... they will despise you for it! They will label you and your family and friends as enemies, becease that you are Dark Ones! Only be joining me will you escape that fate..." 02 wiped her tears of hatred off her face using her left wing. If she hoped to sound convaincing, taking a nice expression was her best bet. She didn't espected Kirbynite to accept... but having the pink puffball switch sides would be a great asset, yes indeed! Popstar gives her many headaches... and getting rid of the problem in such a way would be a great idea. Well, maybe it wouldn't satisfy her thirst for vengeance... but well, 02 tought that vengeance would have to wait. ((Hey, I feel like talking too  ))In response to 02's proposal, Kirbynite began to snicker. It then turned to a chuckle, and then into a guffaw. Kirbynite: Ah... hah.. Oh man.. That was some funny stuff. I think you're the one that's gullible for even saying all of that. The Dreamlander wiped a tear from his eyes. There was a mischievious smile on his face as Kirbynite began his blasphamous speech. Kirbynite: Power? I can take on the gods themselves. Fame... I don't like extensive attention. Respect? Well, that part doesn't sound bad. Rick, Gooey, Pitch, and Nago aren't exactly nice all the time. Oh! I bet you noticed me mentioning certain names.. Don't you worry your... um.. pretty little head. They're second generation Dreamland heros, like me. They just share the same names. He looked to the side, and took a few steps in the direction he was looking at. Kirbynite: Dark One, eh? I was wondering if it was whether my dead split personality Oni's absence or the mishap with trying to copy Danielle Zeal's powers that had given me the Dark type element. But you know what? The cap wearing creature turned to face 02. Kirbynite: I highly doubt they're gonna care anyone knows. Of course I'll tell my friends when head back to Earth. And then somehow the Underground FanZ will find a way to know, and it'll be known in the underground world. And they'll write more fanfiction about me. There was a slight sweatdrop down Kirbynite's back. Kirbynite Oh, boy. Some of the fangirls will like that part. Erm.. ahem. As I was saying, I don't think the Dreamlanders will care either. Look at how much trouble Dedede caused. They still accepted him just fine. Look at all of the troublemakers we've had living here. No one has any doubts about them. They're too laid back to bother worrying about these things. Kirbynite held up his Star Rod and examined it for a second. He holds it out infront of him, aiming the star tip at 02, taking an obvious stance of defiance. Kirbynite: For being a supposed arch-nemesis of Pops, you sure aren't bright yourself. I'll take you and your cronies on. You say you might spare us. That's assuming I don't oblierate you. AND if you somehow survive and come back for the next generation, let me tell you a secret. I've contracted some kinda Elven-like disease that only affects my lifespan... Soooo.. don't be surprised if you keep seeing me for too long. You believe that a mishap made you into a Dark One?" 02 pointed her right wing at Kirbynite, like if it was a hand. 02: "You were BORN a Dark One! Kirby has the Dark Blood, he is half-Dark Matter and as his direct descendant... so are you! The Copy ability is the special power of Dark Matters! Only us can use it... and since you can use, it is the physical proof of the darkness within your body and soul!" 02 paused. 02: "Anyway... arguing with you is a waste of time. You must have already planned to destroy us all! You are like your father, Mitra, and every single other stinking being who stands in the Light! You judge people according only to their appearance and destroy all those who do not fit in your little stereotypes becease that you're scared! You're all the same! ALL OF YOU!" 02 finally noticed something... 02: "Huh? What the... Star Rod? You think that this thing can hurt me? Is that a joke? Are you serious? Hmph! What are you gonna do with that worthless stick of yours? Shoot a dream or a beam at me? I am 02, the Queen of Darkness! Only a legendary weapon like Galaxia or the Living Paintbrush can destroy my body... and the only weapon that I TRULY fear is the Crystal Sword! Your little rod there isn't gonna scratch me, I tell you!" 02 paused again... 02: "OK... let's have some fun. If you can strike down this body with your Star Rod there... I will leave you alone. However, there's no way your stupid rotten piece of wood can damage my powerful body. Just try it! No matter how large your retarded beam is, it will simply bounce off me!... and then, I'll be free to slam you into the ground to oblivion!" 02 laughed. 02: "Try it! TRY IT! Your attacks are a breeze to me! Nothing can harm me!" Kirby, whom 02 was no longer possessing, opened his eyes... Kirby, drained of most of his energy trying to break free of 02's control, approached Kirbynite... Kirby *barely loud enough for Kirbynite to hear, 02 can't hear*: "Run... Star Rod... cannot harm her... need... Crystal of Tears... hidden behind throne..." 02 turned to Kirby. 02: "What the... Oops! My mistake! I shouldn't really let him go around like that!" 02 winded up for a punch using her left wing and then slammed it into Kirby. His chances of survival were like, 1 again 100 upon impact... but thankfully enough, it's Kirby's lucky day and he survived the impact... altought he was still knocked out. 02: "OK! Now where were we?... Oh! Yes! | Kirbynite placed his Star Rod into his backpack. Kirbynite: Judge people according to their appearance?! Listen.. um... lady, I might not have known about that Medius thing, especially don't know anything aboutwhat those Knights have done, but I definitely don't judge by appearance. Infact, whenever I go up to those people whom you'll probably say that I deem evil, I offer them a plushie. It rarely works, unfortunately, but some niceness does do help in stopping a stupid conflict. A white aura began to swell around Kirbynite's right hand. Using his left hand, he reached behind him and pulled out a little sheep plushie from his backpack. Kirbynite: Zeal's name probably didn't strike you.. So I take it you've been out of the loop and avoiding earth, or maybe you've been hanging out in some pocket dimension or something. That's probably it, some other dimension, since I bet you don't know that Mewtwo's my ally. Kirbynite holds the plushie to his body, with both arms crossing over the doll. The doll begins to glow. Kirbynite: I know you've got to know who Mewtwo is.. I know him and his mate won't admit it, but they're my friends. Maybe you should stop judging people by their appearance and lighten up. Kirbynite tossed the sheep plushie, now radiating with Light, at 02. |

| The plushie bounced off 02. 02: "Hehehehe... hahaha... AHAHAHAHAHAHA!" 02's eye widened as she began to laugh like the maniac she is. She was obviously insane... 02: "HAHAHA! What a joke... I know all that of course..." 02 turned to Kirbynite. 02: "However, it does not matter if Dimension 8's Incarnation of Darkness took a liking for you... for he is still just a single soul." 02's eye began to glow with the fire of hatred... 02: "I have been watching your progress from my castle, watching on my Monitors, using the connection that binds all the Incarnations of Darkness between each others to see and feel for myself all that happened... and you know what? Here is what I saw!" 02's eye turned blue as she sent memories to Kirbynite... he saw the last words and moments of the souls he couldn't rescue... and also those he terminated. All his mistakes, all his flaws were exposed to him... but most of all, 02 shown her what the people was doing while he and his friends saved the world: nothing but sit down and call for help. 02: "Do you see? DO YOU SEE?!? All the same... ALL THE SAME! Do these people deserve the help of heroes? DO THEY?!? NO! They don't! They're rotten like all the others dirty monsters before them!" Suddenly, the entire room began to crumble as 02's hatred expended, consuming the room. 02: "All those foolish mortals... They shall repent for their sins! In a hurricane of darkness, I shall purify everyone and everything! I SHALL DESTROY EVERYTHING!!!" 02, using her right wing as a hand, grabbed the unconscious Kirby and flied toward the Hyper Zone, her castle, which was floating high in the sky, just above Kirby's castle. 02: "May you and all your rotten friends be consumed by the Eternal Darkness! Using the Hyper Zone's Distorsion Cannon... I shall consume this world and finally get revenge on behalf of all those your father, his friends, this entire planet's inhabitants murdered!" 02 disappeared above the clouds... and then, the Hyper Zone became visible. It had changed much since 02's last visit on Popstar. The castle was no longer entirely liquid and was now made of a strange, black crystal material... and as such, had a set form. It looked kind of like a gigantic tower which expended near the top. The castle was gigantic... easily dwarfing Kirby's. | Kirbynite: ..... She cheated. She said I had one shot with the Star Rod... The tiny moment of lightheartedness that was blurted out of Kirbynite's mouth just dwindled to nothing. 02 left before he had a chance to respond... All those images he had seen... Kirbynite: But she's wrong. Two cards fly into the room. Kirbynite looks at them and smiles. Kirbynite: Ah.. you guys are done. The Dreamlander removes his backpack and holds it up. The two cards fly into the backpack. Kirbynite sighs momentarily and brings the backpack closer to him. He then hugs it. Kirbynite: I'm so glad you guys are here.. the SFers may not be here with me.. they may not know what's going on, but I'm glad that I atleast have some friends with me to back me up. He felt a slight warmth from within his backpack. A few seconds later, more than 50 cards began shot out, and hovered in a circle around Kirbynite. The pink creature let out a small laugh as he looked around. Kirbynite: Thanks a lot, guys. He pulled out his Star Rod and twirled it around. A giant, glowing circle with random symbols within it appeared beneath Kirbynite as he began to point at certain cards. Kirbynite: Power! Fight! Mirror! Twin! Arrow! Take form and look after Mitra!. Mirror, copy my form! A rainbow of colored winds swept all around the room. Five figures appeared before Kirbynite; a tiny girl in a ballerina-like outfit with very poofy pants; a tall woman garbed in very martial artsy robes; a Kirbynite-lookalike that looked like the original, except for the fact that there was a more feminine, cutesy face and long flowing hair coming out of the cap; a pair of small twins that wore similar jester-like outfits; and another girl firmly gripping a bow and arrow. Kirbynite: Twin, I don't want you two to be making duplicates, you got it? The Twins rolled their eyes and nodded their heads. Kirbynite: Mirror, try to finish tending to Mitra. She should've had a rebirth by now. Kirbynite's double nodded her head. Kirbynite himself then stepped towards the throne. He holds out his Star Rod and then chucks it behind the throne. Kirbynite: While I know I don't need this for my Star Rod, I still need enough proof to show to be taken seriously. There was a shattering sound as the Star Rod struck something hidden behind the thrown. A strong light surged out for a moment. Kirbynite stepped behind the throne and picked up his Star Rod. Kirbynite: Cool. It's assimilated it. Though, I don't know what the power of escaping dungeons is going to help me. Hey, it looks a bit like that Master Star Rod thing I've read in those fanfic stories the Underground FanZ write about.. Kirbynite steps back to the center of the room. He holds out the Star Rod and points at one of the cards. He mutters out "Fly". All but one of the cards return to the backpack. The remaining card glows, and explodes into another swirl of colored wind. Feathery wings sprout out of Kirbynite's back as the wind dies down. Kirbynite looks up and takes off into the Hyper Zone. |

| The front door of the Hyper Zone opens up as Kirbynite gets close to it... It is as if the enemy was awaiting Kirbynite... | Kirbynite continued to fly forward. The best way to make an entrance is to break through the front, even if the door's already open. Kirbynite: That's what I think, anyway. Hm.. better be prepared. Sword! The Dreamlander pulled out a card from his backpack and tossed it infront of him. Despite being in midflight, the card actually hovered infront of its master. With a twirl of a rod, Krbynite whacked the card. A rush of colored wind circled around the Star Rod. After the wind disappeared, a large, gleaming sword was revealed to be in Kirbynite's crasp. A rainbow glimmer shined across the blade as Kirby tightened his grip. Kirbynite: I bet I can scare a few people with this... *raises voice* Hey! I'm warning you all now!
