Like, noticed it with Firefox in-built update thing. It fixes a security bug, that the devolopers found themself. So there was none who abused that security bug intresting enough. |

Two days ago I also got notified by the (now working for Firefox itself too, like the extensions and themes before only) Auto Updater in Firefox within. I did a clean install again, that means uninstalling, backing up my bookmarks, deleting the profile folder from Application Data and used that opportunity to create a new profile like the cache on my G:\ partition. |

that's a good question--since Firefox 1 came out, i've gotten regular updates. However, the Firefox verison on my laptop doesn't notify me of updates. So, I guess that might be why? otherwise, it's probably a case of post inflation |

I didn't get any notifications... About extensions yes, but not Firefox itself. | |||

problems with folders for me are 1) if they get too deep, you can't backup to DVD. 2) Viruses typically don't jump drives (i.e. go from C to D, etc) 3) if the OS dies, I just have to format the drive with the OS and all the other stuff will be intact |

Uhm...I don't think there's much point to this thread. I got the notification just like most people did who have 1.0 or 1.0.1. If nothing else when people do read this thread, they'll know now...but there's probably only a few bugfixes and that's it. [dead] |
