Try mousing over a custom block. Look at the tooltip.

I'm quite sure what Nad-Gob means is how do you make your own Map-16 tooltip.

To do that just create a .dsc file with the same name as your have with notepad, and input on one line;

The number of the block you want to retooltip[tab]0[tab]the description
