| Yes! Spoiler: Hades is back in action it seems... As well as a return to Agrabah(sp?) and a new Disney world, the world of... wherever Mulan is! XD Square-Enix doesn't seem to be letting down Final Fantasy fans either, as Auron seems to be helping Sora(From what I heard, Hades tried to pull a Cloud on him and sick him on Sora, from what I heard from some kind of demo. He refuses, so I'm guessing he sends his good ol three headed dog from hell after them both.), and they are in the underworld... does this mean the return of Sephiroth, or is he dead for good? One last thing... I never played FFX but I heard Auron allways carries around a jug of beer or somesuch, I wonder if that would be kept, that would raise the rating possibly, and they probably could remove it, but it'd be interesting to see what Sora's reaction would be... |

| Lets hope its Sept., because ny usual customers and myslef, are getting a bit antsy as to when KH2 actually comes out. We even got an e-mail from corp. office, saying that they don't want the same thing to happen that happened with Halo (taking so long to come out) so there is no date set in the computers. And now...where the hell is FF12?!  |

| When I first saw this I thought... A KH2 Thread that I didnt create?!?! Maybe ill find some new info! Sadly Ive known about that for like 6 months already. Ive also found out a bunch of other awesome stuff and I have the KH2 trailer shown only in Japan, where you can see Sora fusing with Goofy and ka-whooping everything in his path. Id be happy to send it to anyone through AIM. (Link0D) Agrabah, now with Genie Jafar and Pete (from Goofy) wearing Cloths that look identical to Soras new duds, and if you played CoM they also look identical to Mickeys new duds. Coincidence? Probably not. There was also a trailer at the Jump Festa in Japan which showed mostly scenes of Blonde Haired Kid and Naimine. Most likely they have a Sora-Kairi relationship of some sort, and its highly speculated that BHK will be playable. Since the game is going to be 2 discs long I wouldnt doubt it. I know a bunch of other stuff about KH2 that I just cant think of now....Ive seriosuly been researching the game like an asny little kid the minute I saw the secret trailer at the end of the first game. |

| Oh oh oh excuuuuse me for putting a thread in about this. Really. It's that bad of a game not to put a thread or five in about it just like the Final Fantasy forum. Sheesh. I know the info's 'relatively' old apparently, judging by a few posts in this thread, people dunno about it. But it's not like we're anywhere near getting this game on the shelves. Now, I've looked and Gamespot and whatever for a few pics they have there but there really isn't much info on or any movie previews. Course, then, I guess that'd be a bad place to look. The only place I seemed to see anything about any trailers was a link here and it's a bit dated. Though if what I'm seeing is correct in the GS pics there should be some sort of additional 'Drive' system added in, looks like something you'd see out of a Street Fighter Alpha game from what it looks like to me. |

| *cracks fingers* Allow old Sion to explain Drive... Drive is basically a Transformation move that is used to fuse with Donald or Goofy. When Fused with Goofy Soras attire becomes red and he gains awesome power/speed and a second Keyblade. (I have the trailer, serioulsy if anyone wants to see its let me know. When fused with Donald Soras cloths become blue and it is said that he gets a second keyblade a phenomonal magical powers, I havent seen this because the trailer was never ummm "borrowed"  |

| I just beat KH and I'm going nuts over wanting the next one. My theory is that Spoiler: each of the hooded figures is an alternate "existance" of a character (look at Kairi at the end of Another Side, Another Story, the "Kairi" we see has different colored hair. Plus, there's a kid in the KH2 trailer on top of the tower that looks amazingly like Sora from the back, minus the spikey hair, more "alternate" characters?), such as Riku and Mickey, and that one of the Riku's is still possessed by Ansem and seeks to unravel the walls that seperates realities, rather than just worlds this time. To do this, he must tap into a higher power than the Heartless: the Endless. Those who don't end and never existed. I gather all of this from the Deep Dive secret ending of KH:FM A bit far out there, but I think it's plausible. Just 5 more months. I can't wait til they release more info. | Assuming that's sarcasm, you need to broaden your horizons, Ziffie. If it's not, then consider the relative cheapness of the average PS2 in used form in most gaming stores nowadays, and the fact that you can get Kingdom Hearts almost as cheap proportionate to its original price. I fail to see what's wrong with RPGs, particularly this one, since it's not really so much an RPG as it is an action game. |

Getting back to topic, I never got very far in KH, I'm only up to Tarzan's world right now... I guess still have a long way to go yeah? If that's the case, I need to start playing to make it by the KH2 U.S. release date. |

| I recall a time where you could rent video game systems from commercial video rental stores like Blockbuster and Hollywood Video--maybe you can try that if you won't want to spend the money to buy it but want to play KH. However, it would probably be easier if you asked a friend with a PS2 to play, yeah? As for RPGs, an analogy my friend made was you are doing nothing more than incrementing a counter... |

| Trust me, I can't stand turned based RPGs. The only one I ever even game a decent chance was the Pokemon series. I was reluctant to play Kingdom Hearts myself: I mean Square and Disney = menu based kiddy fest, right? Boy was I ever wrong... Basically imagine Zelda Ocarina of Time + 12,000x more action, 12,000x better story and about 600x more fun. This is the first game I ever actually played through the levels JUST to see the next part of the story and I had fun doing it. Oh and last I checked (yesterday) at Electronics Boutique, they're selling used PS2's for $120 a pop and Kingdom hearts BRAND NEW for $20. Of course you need that blasted memory card too, so that's another $30... But if KH is one of the games you really wanted, then you'll definitely want KH2. neotransotaku: yes, you have a very long ways to go. Very very long. Not to mention, if you want to complete it 100%, you have even longer to go lol. Just get through the next couple of levels and things get really fun, especially in Hollow Bastion. |

| Dahrk your theory is very much like what I know to be the truth...90% sure on this one. Im not gonna make a spoiler tag here, mostly because I dont know how, so if you dont want pieces of KH CoM spoiled or KH Final Mix stop readiiiiiiiing now! Ok so in Final Mix you get to fight one of the hooded figueres. Im not gonna explain it all but here the highlight of Sora and the Unkowns Dialouge... Sora-Who are you? Unk-I am no body.... Sora-Say What? Unk-I am merely a shell *they fight* Unk-You look just like him (probably referring to the Blonde Kid) Unk-Which means you are not complete... Sora- Say What? *Unk disappears* Now for the super secret Ansem Reports only found in Final Mix. Ansem says that when the Heart is consumed by a Heartless the Body disappears, but what happens to the body. Is it not possible for that body to be reborn somewhere else? therefore being not of light or darkness but stuck inbetween hating both (Now for True Worlds-----Present, Darkness, Light, Inbetween (aka Twilight Town) I could probably ellaborate better if I copyed the actual sources instead of doing this freehand but my computers gonna freeze any second now So anyways, I believe that blone kid to be Soras other self who was ripped out from him when he became a heartless in Hallow Bastion. That could be why that kid can use Keyblade, he is Sora. |
