| First of all, the answer to everyones question: "Aren't ROMS illegal?" Answer: No, the Copyright Distribution is though there is a way however to make the contents of a rom legal, thus, making the entire rom legal. Here's how: when you change anything inside a game that is copyrighted material, basically, you are replacing it with your own things, making it the property of you, and not say you change a games character pallette. that means changing the copyrighted one, replacing it with a custom one, etc. |
