@master m: don't insert the whole GFX file, only copy the parts you need to your own GFX file. those parts are mentioned on my site. And change the four palettes too. They're included in the ZIP. @smallhacker, way ahead of ya. I took those screenshots before i changed him. He looks better now, but there was a problem with the lack of colours available for him.

Not quite perfect. I'm getting a little bit of a pallete problem when big mario is carrying a shell, and bad gfx when mario is sliding.
