It's not copyright infringment, since it's apparently allowed under certain conditions. If it's satiure then it's allowed apparently.  Oh yeah, that sucky SMB clone which I just got frustated at. The physics in that game wasn't good.. and thre is tons of other games that have a question blocks... that isn't Mario either.  |

Yes, because we ALL know that every single game released is 100% unique and doesn't borrow elements from ANY other game.  Trust me, if Nintendo had the SMB gameplay copyrighted for some bizarre reason, the lawsuits would have been flying in the mid-80's. |
