Right. Here is my new and improved version of Super Mario Place. This one includes:

Worlds 1-4
Green and Yellow switch palaces
3 other secret levels

NOTE THIS! Cola Caverns 2 and the Cavern Castle may be skipped. Just go up past it in the overworld. I let you skip them because some people's moniters do not show the dark room too well.

Your graphics seem too NES-like... it's not making too much use of the SNES palettes :\ (Though I did like the underwater gfx somewhat)

Your level design is okay. Could use improvement, but they're not pure shit like some hacks.

Agreed. As for the screens, some of them look pretty nice. The forest bg's though look really glinchy...

I like your screens because you got creative. That's what I go for when I judge hacks.

What I say is to not take criticism so, well, critically. If they say it's NES-like, chances are it is. And you can improve it if you feel they're right! No hack is perfect, remember, so always always ALWAYS look for ways to improve.
