Well, people do turn themselves in. He probably realized it was a mistake and that they would realize it soon enough, and he'd be in a LOT less trouble going back on his own than trying to take advantage of it. But then, someone convicted of rape doesn't sound like the kind of person who would do that...  |

| Well, given that no community in America will accept him after his jail sentence is fulfilled... And it isn't funny in jails. At all. The "loving" jokes are terrible. I recentely met a man who was released from a prison in Cal;ifornia and was raped repeatedly. He contracted HIV and requires assitance when defecating due to the severe damage he received. Free food, free tv, free brutality. Yeah. Fucking funny. |

| Well, after severeal breakouts in the Swedish Jails where people flee... uhh. Well, I heard we have higher standards than in USA. But I really don't have the data to prove that. At least I don't hear about rapes happening... just people having child porn on the jail computers. I'm not surprised, many who are in jail probably would feel safer in the jail than outside. There is many people in jail who probably is just like ordinary people, just have been on the wrong side of the law. |

By the way he sounds it's even a wonder why he did what he did.  Seeing as he's kind enough to go back to jail and being so very polite to call them and tell them that he's on his way. It's one of those weird mishaps to a nice guy deal probably. |
