| It does consist of single rounds of fighting. A seperate comittee of judges looks at the fight, and decides who won from there. Let's just hope the higher ups see this... |

| For a round-robin, you would duel each other person in the tourny in one-on-one fights, and score a point for each win. After all the fights are done, the top two or four people could face off for a championship. | |||

Yes to the max, as long as you kept it round-robin, just so people can get multiple battles in even if they're wiped at the first go.  EDIT: This would require serious coordination though on behalf of all the entrants, I don't recall the second offical tournament ever finishing... (edited by Utilityman on 03-27-04 08:04 PM) |

| I would like to fight into that tournament. In my opinion: If there are loads of people who join, then round-robin is the way to go. If only a few people join, then elimination would be better. |

| In the last one I was in, I believe it was 8 participants, typical bracket style elimination. The only thing is, participants might be a bit slim this time around, because of board confusion. |

| Actually, there was a tourney idea floating around.. Something kinda different... A King of Fighters style kinda tourney. It was gonna be started earlier.. but dunno what happened.. Think some people forgot about it *looks at Anya and Hiryuu* Anyway... What do you guys think of it? A tournement in which you gather your own allies (I'm think it should be a team of three.. and they must be board members, can't be NPCs), and you get to fight as a team against others. No randomized teams, you'd have to find your own teammates. |
