It was a Soviet motorcycle used by the military. So it had weapons. Just like the ones used by Nazis in WWII.

I fully agree. I'm not trying to defend those who misuse guns; guns are indeed more dangerous, and as such, gun owners bear greater responsibility.

To answer your question: how about hunting, for starters? Some people and families out in the country can fully or partially live off hunting.

Like you're going to use an assault rifle for hunting. There are hunting guns, and then there are many, many others that don't fit the category.
So... you respond to my generalized example (guns) as though it were a specific example (assault rifles)-- one that's easier for you to debunk than my original statement-- and then you pretend you've debunked the full scope of my original statement.

I'll agree with your implicit statement that assault rifles are too much firepower for your average citizen/hunter/etc.

Weapons? Have none unless I grab something from the kitchen to use or any random item nearby if I must use it to defend myself.

I'd threaten someone while in I think eight grade with my heavy backpack before. I never did hit the person just swung it at them. Ya know just to scare the person that I'd really use it against them. Of course my backpack was always heavy since I never liked using my locker during high school.

Hmm..as for weapons..

Plenty of things can be made into them I got some knives up in the kitchen and a baseball bat in the garage, things I can throw around in my room

I try to lead a life of non-violence but I own several weapons for practicing the Martial Arts.
I am a Karateka so the weapons I rely on is my body and spirit.
I do however practice swordsmanship and marksmanship as well.
