I really want to edit the graphics for the platform Iggy and Larry and co. battle you on, but I don't know how. I probably wouldn't even ask if I didn't know it was possible; MikeyK used it in his latest hack. But how?

You guys should know the drill by now; no editors I have are capable of displaying and editing the graphics correctly.

If this requires extensive knowledge of ASM, nevermind then... I don't even have basic knowledge of ASM. But this is a question worth asking.

Dang. I wish I knew that existed earlier... Anyway, if it's not too late to say so, Smallhacker did an awesome job on that editor. Now all we need is an easy editor for the graphics part and SMW will be that much closer to be completely point-and-click editable.

I think I can help you guys out with getting gfx27 open in a tile editor if someone cares to explain how formatting of 4bpp SNES differs from 4bpp MSX.

Hey!

I am simply shooting in the dark here, but what if you just tried rearranging bits to find out how the SNES reads mode 7 GFX. I don't know for sure, though.
