You've already mentioned it, but the feet -- I think the problem is that they are too small. I'd experiment with sizing and see if it's any better.
The second version looks MUCH better.  And I like the detail in your shading |

It's incomplete at the moment. I need to rework the leg and various other things, as well as give him his other leg and arm. The feet look pretty terrible, and I need to brighten up the bottom portion since it is oddly darker than the top half. And the sword looks like ass. I'm not good with swords 
EDIT: Redid the sword and added the other limbs. It's now semi complete, though the feet look like ass. I should reposistion the legs again.... |
