Yeah, it has crashed a few times for me. Sometimes it just shuts down itself and that happens after a battle most of the time, I think.
The graphics are better in the PC version. Better sound? Gotta check that...
Scorched Earth is great aswell... |

You forgot Scorched Earth and DOOM. OMG...
PSX Version of VII, however, is prone to getting better graphics res's (topping out at a BEAUTIFUL 640x480 ). |

And still more stuff from The Underdogs. Seriously. There are so many games here that are great.... just cause they're old doesn't mean they suck. And they're FREEEEEEE!! |

Any of the Command and conquer games. Especially Red alert. The first one. (like it better than the second one... which have a screwy storyline and feels little... non-serious )
Simcity 4 is the best Simcity of them, currently i'm addicted to The sims 2. Games where you build things or destroy them allure me. |

Painkiller is totally sweet. May I suggest Rise of Nations or Rome: Total War? Also, there is the magic of emulation |

Digger (Windmill Software, 1983) Elevator (Wordworks Software, 1986) Commander Keen (ID Software, late 80's through to early 90's) Theme Park (Bullfrog) Theme Hospital
I love my old games. You can get a lot free at the Home of the Underdogs
.... but I'm guessing this isn't quite what you're after, but still if you have time, have a go anyways. |

Anything Command and Conquer. Starcraft, Warcraft, Gunbound, Morrowind, Ragnarok, SimCity, and one crapload of a lot more.
If you have the funds, I'd suggest all of these, they're no brainers as far as entertainment goes. Do you have any personal preferences?
Also, if you liked Jedi Outcast, try Battlefront. It's gold. |
