It'll be a while before an EggVine release (even after considering that every time I say that, I suddenly find time to work on it ). Everyone who wants to use those objects should add the changes to their own copies of the files.

I added descriptions for commands 68 and 69 to the data file at EggWiki.

In Egg Vine's tiles description on the object/sprite menu it says, when you select objects X68 and X69, 'special 4 byte object number X## ?'.
Actually this object is some small pieces of FG, from the cave tileset. They are put above running waterfalls, to increment level design.
Look at this picture taken from my hack:





In egg vine it says '?' when we get those tiles. They are actually pieces of FG to make the design more beautiful and not so balnd, and they're usually put above running waterfalls.
I posted this thread so this problem can be fixed, since these tiles actually work for something
