Get photoshop and I'll teach you how to do something like that in about 2 minutes (the background anyway). It might take a bit longer if you haven't used photoshop much though. |

I would've said so if it was made by someone else. I'm not into the whole ripping someone else's stuff.
Everything but the character (whom is Alouette from La Pucelle Tactics) was made by me, though I think any idiot could do it.
It's a mixture of filters, styles and brushes. I know that's as much as saying nothing at all, but that's what it boils down to. |

I luv it. The color pallet is very impressive, and it's very detailed. I like how somebody ,ay have used a very not-broken-for-once scanner that gets it OR that person is the best pixel color on this frikin planet.

I think she's suposed to have a swoonish 'oh my, I got lucky this Valentine's' look, because the cube she's sitting on says St Valentine, and she's holding a heart in her hands.

It's not bad at all...and I remember you showing me the pic that you based that off of a few days ago...but it just somehow feels unfinished...like maybe the whole 'banner' part near the bottom should have something on it...or maybe not, who knows?
But for what it's worth, I think I definitely got you hooked into a character you know zilch all about.  |

A few days ago, I was kinda bored and loaded photoshop after a very long time of non use. I wanted to make a layout for my blog so I could try out a styleswitcher plugin, but as it usually goes, I never end up with what I have in mind when I start.
So somehow, I made a wallpaper. I think it's the second wallpaper I've made, but I'm not too sure.
~70k in size, orange and game/anime themed

I was going to add what she's from somewhere, but I just gave up because my contacts are getting old and I can't see the difference between similar fonts. In that, you could say it isn't finished entirely.
The lighter band is meant to break it somewhat, since I personally find something solely in one color kinda boring for my desktop.
If the quality sucks for you, blame it on my aforementioned old contacts and the screen that needs to be cleaned badly. but since I have the psd file, that can be fixed.
