First thanks to kawa for helping me understand.

Ok In EM open your map then go to the offset above in a hex editor then find the second pointer go to that offset The four bytes you see are the numbers for your events in this order. num of people,num of exits, num of traps, num of signs Then after these four bytes are the pointers for each one same order now do as you like. I wrote this because AM kept fucking up my rom Cya
