Dir en Grey is the best band ever formed.
To be specific, they're Japanese. And that's about as specific as you can get. I can't say they're metal, although R to the Core and NEW AGE CULTURE certainly are metal songs, I can't say they're rock, though IIID EMPIRE and Red... [em] are definitely rock songs. I can't say -anything- about them, style-wise because its so incredibly diverse. The only thing I can say about them is that out of 79 songs of theirs I have, I don't like three. That ratio doesn't exist in any other band I know of.
So do yourself a favor and download some Dir en Grey. I recommend Cage, Mushi, Kasumi, Yokan, I'll, and Red.. [em] over the others. |
