Metal for those who are too young to hang out anywhere besides the mall.

Eh, Disturbed isn't numetal. They're mallcore. |

Hmmmm, it's been awhile since I've heard Mistress, but I know the beat.
Maybe Overburdened? |

Tried "Sons Of Plunder"... it was tolerable, but not really worth sticking in my MP3 collection. Is there anything on that new album where he sings like he does in Mistress? |

I never said it sucked, I just said there was too much screaming. Otherwise, it was freaking awsome
Anyway, you should download either I'm Alive, Decadence, or Sons of Plunder. |

It was kinda messed up at the beginning, all medieval and such. Then it went uber-hardcore metal. A little too much screaming, though...

Vyper: I will only download a song from Disturbed's new album if you download Ensiferum - Sword Chant or Ensiferum - Slayer Of Light and prove you listened to it. |

If you liked the third album at all, I'm here to tell you this one is even better. The songs are just so much more.... catchy. Almost all of them are songs you can listen to multiple times and still like them just as much. They never really get old.
If you want a feel for the album, I suggest previewing by downloading/listening to: Deify Stricken Guarded Decadence
EDIT: Fucking typos |

If you're not into Disturbed then don't post here! But anyway, Disturbed are F*cking excellent. I listened to most of their albums and loved them all. I'll be looking for this new one I tell ya!
Ooh, sorry, I make the rules here, not you. And you can say fuck. (Although Wurl should've elaborated.)
Their first album was adequate, but I haven't been able to get back into them. No big deal, as my tastes have changed. |

I'll probably listen to it somewhere down the line, but I probably already think their first album is better. As the case with most bands. |

The main reason I'm a fan of this album is that it combines the awesome beats of The Sickness with the moving lyrics of Believe. It's a lot more of a combination of the two than anything new, yet it's still good.
PS: Their cover on Land of Confusion is quite well done, if I do say so myself. |

Yeah, I should say whatever, as long as its not "stfun00btehyaretehscuk!111!111one"-type flames. I just don't care for most nu-metal bands. |

I believe alte Hexe and Wurl 4.0 are expressing their opinions, which I believe they have a right to do. I could be wrong, of course. My opinion on Disturbed: They're tolerable with a couple of ok songs. I like real metal more, but they're ok for a nu-metal band. |

I'm alright with the Disturbed. Their first (mainstream) album seemed to have the more guilty pleasure type songs. I liked "Down With The Sickness" for that same reason. After that they went with a more serious sound. "Remember" was actually my 12th favorite song of 2003. I've only heard "Stricken" from the Ten Thousand Fists CD, but I'm feelin' that one too. They have some talent but I just don't quite like them enough to buy their albums yet. They're close, though. |

This is funny, but I was going through all my music trying to figure out what I felt like listening to tonight and that was what I ended up deciding on, what a coincidence. I might check out the album, they have some really good metal going on there. |
