Did you check the box for "use the above value as a secondary exit number" in the "add/modify/delete screen exits" menu? |

the pipe dosent seem to lead me to level 106 like it says, instead im in a completely different background and everything |

Go back to the "modify secondary entrances" menu and select the Sec. entrance you're having trouble with. Then go to where it says "Layer 1,2 (FG,BG) Initial position. Most of the time you'll solve your problem by setting both to 00, but if that doesn't work, play around with the numbers until it does. Always make sure you save your level before you test it though. |

alrighty, i started editing SMW today, im working on level 106 i have a pipe that leads to level 1CA, then i go to level 1CA and make a pipe that leads back to 106, but it takes me to the begining of the level, so i go in their and make a click the secondary entrance, and set the secondary entrance point, but when i go to test it, when i exit 1CA it takes me to a screen with just a background then mario keeps falling till he hits some glitchy tiles and dies.
any help? |
