the simpsons and buffy. I think charmed is still good. But it was kinda corny with the long lost sister story |

Eight Simple Rules... pulled off a rare feat: jumped on day one, de-jumped at the beginning of season two, then re-jumped immediately after John Ritter died. He was the only reason it was watchable for those few episodes. |

Yeah, The Simpsons is one for sure. Reality TV shows..some of them. Most of them got played out even before some went on air. Like makeover ones with plastic surgery. Angel was okay in the beginning but it got boring. Too much like Buffy. |

I think one show that's DEFINATELT jumped the Shark for me is "The SImpsons". That show used to be excellent, and now everything's just gone to surreal. Futurama was better. They should never have cancelled it. |

Jum;ing the Shark refers to a moment when a long running show ceases to be good, an example would be Buffy in Season 4, although I suppose that doesn;t count because a couple of eps in Season 5 & 6 were excellent... |

Does the title mean what shows are still on air and have survived to still be on tv?
