Hm, played through this thing. Pretty fun. The quality of the level design was all over the place (some levels were boring, others were quite fun) but overall was pretty good. I encountered a lot of bugs/glitches, but maybe the rom I patched wasn't that great? The game was playable, though, and enjoyable. Good work. |

Meh, I never found SNESTool to fuck up anything, but then again, I never used it that long because I found LIPS to be a lot simpler to use. |

I've never had any problesm with SNESTool, and I've used it for years. Every patch I've used (granted, most of those are SMB3 hacks) has worked fine the first time. |

Got a world 3 glitch for you. I died on the doomship and the doomship is on the castle making it inaccessable because the boat is at the other port.
edit: I just remember it was because I used the anchor. It's not really a glitch but it's something you probably should fix. |

NEVER use SNEStool. EVER. It sucks in every way, shape and form, and 50% of the time it'll corrupt your Rom. Only use LIPS.
So I finished the submission process... Now all I's-a gots-ta do is wait. |

There are several IPS-patching utilities on the 'Net, including SNESTool (which I can't remember the address for, just Google it and you'll find it) and Lunar IPS (at FuSoYa's Niche). |

This may sound n00bish, but what is an ips extension? Edit: oh wait nevermind, my mind was gone for a second how do you use an ips extension anyway? |

Thank you. You especially, DurfarC, for finishing the testing. If there's no glitches left, I believe I'm ready to get this published on Zophar.
And you've all helped, in a way, for the support you gave me. Without support from fellow Rom hackers it wouldn't be as good.
So, thank you all. And I now make my grand exit holding the award. *bows, exits* |

Ok!
I'm now in World 6. So far I have to say that the difficulty is excellent. Very nice level design that never gets annoying. Great work! |

To me, this is better than Strange Mario Bros. 3 & I love that hack. We need more quality SMB3 hacks like this. Awsome job on the hack, overall very creative. |

I am actually finished, but I lost what I had written about world 8. I didn't find any glitches though, everything looked pretty nice.
About my time: Yes, I tend to be busy at this time of the year. Unlike most other people around here, I work at school and get good grades. However, I've been home from school due to illness these days, so I've been at the computer most of the time. I started working on my own hack again, not only because I have much time now, but also because I got inspired to work on it again after playing this hack.
When it comes to how good I am, I died quite a few times in world 8. Then again, I've owned the game for almost 15 years, so my skills and timing should be good enough. Another reason why I didn't visit the mushroom houses in world 6 is that the card game appears quite often. Also, I was so exited that I couldn't waste my time on them.
Oh well. I just think that if you're going to test a game, you should test as much stuff as you can think of. So were the mushroom house and hammer bro glitches fixed? |

I'm really trying to play and enjoy this hack, but SMB3DX has spoiled me to no end. I'm so used to my physical hacks, that controlling Mario in yours is a lot harder for me to do now! Though I've played the first 4 levels and plan to play more. Your level design is really good, and for me to say that, I bet you know what that means Just don't say a word, or else! |

Couldn't find any. I'll probably be informed about any glitches when DurfarC gets back to me with his World 8 report. He's a great beta-tester, but he's kind of occupied with things right now and the testing will have to wait for a while, he told me... |

I downloaded it. It's challenging, but not in the "damn you Schwa!" way. My jumps are never timed well, so that's probably my main problem.
... I haven't even beat the first minifortress. Damn I suck. But hey, it's a good hack.
And about name butchering, try my other name, Cheveyo Chowilawu. |
